A preeminent Major League Baseball catcher, Buster Posey made his debut as a September call-up in 2009, after being drafted by the San Francisco Giants with the fifth overall pick in the 2008 amateur draft. With a stellar breakout 2010 season, Posey anchored the team at the backstop, earning Rookie of the Year accolades and supporting the Giants to their first of three World Series Championships in six years.
