Send-In Policy

At Legends Memorabilia Collection, we take great pride in handling every customer’s item with care and professionalism. To ensure an efficient and fair signing process, please review the following guidelines and terms before sending any item to us for signing.

Labeling Requirements

All customers sending in items must clearly label each item with:

  • Pen Color & Type (e.g., Blue Sharpie, Silver Paint Pen)
  • Signature Location (exact placement desired)
  • Inscription Details (if applicable)

Unlabeled items may result in delays or the autograph being placed at our discretion.

Athlete Discretion

Please note that each athlete has the final say regarding what they will or will not sign.

  • The athlete may decline to sign specific items, inscriptions, or phrases at their sole discretion.
  • Legends Memorabilia Collection will not be held responsible for items or inscriptions refused by the athlete.
  • If an item or inscription is declined, the item will be returned unsigned, and any applicable fee will be refunded or credited.

Shipping & Insurance

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Legends Memorabilia Collection.
  • If you would like insurance on your return shipment, you must include your own prepaid return label with insurance already applied.
  • Legends Memorabilia Collection is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to or from our facility.

Signature Quality Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality results, autograph outcomes are not guaranteed.

  • We test every pen before the signing begins and monitor the process closely.
  • However, certain materials, finishes, or textures (such as glossy or uneven surfaces) can affect ink performance.
  • Legends Memorabilia Collection cannot be held responsible for signatures that do not turn out as desired due to surface, pen absorption, or other factors beyond our control.

General Terms

  • All send-in items are handled with care and stored securely until the signing occurs.
  • By submitting a send-in item, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.
  • Legends Memorabilia Collection reserves the right to decline or return any item deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unfit for signing.
