📝 Important Signing Rules & Restrictions

  • All information is subject to change, but LMC will communicate updates as early as possible.
  • Inscriptions not specifically listed must be approved prior to sending.
  • Maximum of two inscriptions per item.
  • Pen color, type, and placement requests are welcome but not guaranteed.
  • Personal items are submitted at the customer’s discretion.
  • Game-used holograms must be noted in advance.
  • Use the order form provided and list specific inscriptions clearly.
  • Label each item with your name.
  • Orders are fulfilled first-come, first-served.
  • Photos must be sent in top loaders or bulk packaging from Highland Mint or Fanatics.
    • No rolled photos allowed.
  • Athletes reserve the right to decline any item, even if previously approved.
  • MLB holograms are applied at the discretion of the MLB Authentication Program and are not guaranteed by LMC.
