  • Signing details are subject to change; any updates will be communicated as early as possible.
  • Inscriptions not listed in the pricing sheet must be approved before sending.
  • Limit two inscriptions per item.
  • Pen type, color, and placement requests are welcome, but not guaranteed.
  • Personal items are sent at your own risk/discretion.
  • Game-used holograms must be clearly noted prior to shipment.
  • Include a completed order form with exact inscription instructions for each item.
  • Be sure to label each item with your name.
  • Items are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Athletes reserve the right to decline any item or inscription, even if previously approved.
  • MLB holograms are applied solely at the discretion of the MLB Authentication Program and are not guaranteed by LMC.
